Richard H. Levin

Special Counsel

Richard H. Levin received his B.A. degree from UCLA and his law degree from the University of California at Berkeley (“Boalt Hall”). In his senior year of law school he was Revising Editor of the California Law Review. On graduation from law school he received a one year Fulbright Fellowship to research Administrative Law in India. Upon his return to California the following year he started practicing law in California, focusing on civil litigation. He has continued to practice law from his offices in California for several decades, focusing in recent years on acting on behalf of consumers and others whose rights have been violated.

He has worked on cases helping literally thousands of property owners whose homes have been damaged as a result of faulty construction practices and is currently representing hundreds of California property owners whose homes or other property have been destroyed or damaged by a public utility caused wildfire.

Founder

Emily S. Levin is the Founder of Levin Law Group PLC.  Emily received her J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 2004, and her B.A. in history from Yale University in 1998.  She was selected for inclusion in Super Lawyers’ Southern California Rising Stars in 2013, 2014, and Super Lawyers Southern California in 2018, 2019, and 2020. Ms. Levin is admitted to practice law in California, Washington D.C., and Florida
